At the very end of the chasing Sasuke arc, Naruto meets up with Sasuke after following him for 2 hours. He follows him to a cliff at the edge of a waterfall. Naruto started out as a comic in Japan, written by Masashi Kishimoto. It was about a boy, and it had nothing to do with ninjas, like it is now. It was about MAGIC! But it became so popular that he decided to reuse the character in a comic about ninjas, thus starting Naruto. It was REALLY popular in Japan, so they made it a show in 1999. The comic came to America in October 2000. In 2004 they aired the show on Cartoon Network in America.
