I have gotten a lot of emails from players stating they get the following error message when trying to play Tournament of the Ancients:
"Cannot Connect to Master Server"
The most common cause of this error is your Firewall is blocking the game from connecting to the Master Server. You will need to check your firewall settings and adjust them to allow the game to connect.
Also, your computer should have an "always on" internet connection, meaning as soon as you start your computer and Windows has loaded, your internet connection is active.
